• An applicati( designed to merge the businesses of three Sheffield hauliers has been granted by North Eastern Deputy LA Brian Homer.
Granting the application, Homer limited the increase t four vehicles and 12 trailers.
B H Mather had applied to add six vehicles and 12 trailei to its licence, and to move it: main operating centre to Cen tral Garage, Thurgoland.
Homer expressed concern about a failure to notify convi dons and about allegations of unauthorised use arising ironfailure to notify the Traffic Area of the change in ownership of the business of G Bradwell & Son and Percy Wright.
