• The absence of a crucial prosecution witness has led to the adjournment of the hearing of a series of altegations against Cottingham-based Stoneledge (South Bank) by the Grimsby Magistrates. The company denies four offences of using a vehicle without an 0-Licence, four offences of failing to pay a higher rate of excise duty, and three offences of causing and permitting trucks to be used by drivers who were not holders of HGV licences.
