Manchester-based William ittall and Sons and WE .selden and Son of Strood, :nt are to merge into a single lependent operating group to known as Haselden Nuttall stribution.
Three other companies are :olved in the integration: ,dway Transport, WE Haseln (Midlands) and Roba (UK) II remain independent but will erate within the group. The companies have a simioperation — predominantly -estry products — and operidentical ERF 38-tonners. ley will have a fleet of over 0 vehicles and trailers.
