• A £13 million distribution and warehousing deal has been struck between Transport Development Group subsidiary Beck & Pollitzer and confectionary company Jacobs Suchard.
B&P has taken over a warehouse site, next to its Kings Lynn depot, which will become Jacob Suchard's main UK stock holding centre.
Other distribution depots in Barking, Belvedere, Avonmouth and Warrington will be used in the deal and all vehicles will be bought in from B&P's existing fleet.
