T1PHOOK Holdings, container and trailer leas group, has postponed plam seek a full Stock Exchal listing.
A formal announcem was expected on Friday week, but Barclays Merch Bank — which was handl the sale of ordinary shares Tiphook —. postponed listing application ,after shares prices fell last.week.
The prospectus is now pected to be published on J 19.
Meanwhile, one of phook's subsidiaries, Cery Trailer Rental, opened a n Scottish depot this week, fifth in Britain.
Central has bought a ti acre site next to the Leyk Trucks plant at Bathg: (scheduled for early closu following the purchase of trailers from Gylcmuir Edinburgh. Gylemuir I withdrawn from the rer market, but continues as Crane Fruehauf agent.
