Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FEATURE writer David Wilcox has been singled out for high honours for his work on Commercial Motor. He has beaten 93 other entrants in the Writer of the Year category of Business Press International's annual editorial awards as runner-up.

David's recent investigative reports on the parcels carriers and removers have drawn high critical acclaim, but it was his exposé of the dubious practises of a 'cowboy' coach operator running from this country to Greece (CM, August 4, 1984) which helped him to win the runner-up prize. One of the judges described the work as "superbly done", and he added that it would have been used in any national paper.
