Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A portable oil transfer and filtration device introduced by Hydraulic Power Services weighs 30Ib and measures 8in. by 15in. by 7in. The device consists of a small pump arid filter assembly with a 125-micron inlet strainer and electrically driven Gerotor-type hydraulic pump operating at 5 gpm. The main filter can be supplied with any required gauge size down to 1-micron and it is housed with the strainer under a transparent dome which permits the "filter state" to be con tinually observed. Built-in electrical on /off controls are supplemented by an override switch which stops the pump and illuminates a warning light when the filter is clogged, Two 40gal tanks are supplied for temporary storage of oil dui ing maintenance.

The standard unit operates from a single-phase 240V ac supply.
