THE operation of the proposed exemption of drivers of some C-licensed vehicles from the need for keeping records (see page 808) is to be kept under close review by the T.R.T.A. Mr. H. R. Featherstone, the Association's national secretary, said this week that they welcomed the establishment of this important principle by the Ministry; they also supported wholeheartedly the idea of the Minister having power to
vary the scheme. •
