Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WITH the one exception of tractors. IN the registrations of new vehicles for April, excluding cars and motorcycles, show a fall in all categories as compared with the previous month, "Other goods vehicles" fell from 8,126 for March, to 6,690 for April.

The total for the month was' 12,403, as against 14,602 for the previous month. Details arc given in the table below.
