1.-NN July 17, a preliminary sitting of 'Lithe Transport Tribunal to deal with the London Transport Executive's scheme for higher fares will take place. This will be to hear arguments from objectors concerning their right to appeal. As reported in "The Commercial Motor" dated June 22. 198 bodies have registered objections, some of which, it is presumed, have no right to appeal under Section 78 of the Transport Act.
The sitting will take place at the Chartered Auctioneers' and Estate Agents' Institute, 29, Lincoln's Inn T7ields, London, W,C.2, at 11 a.m.
