Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ANEW edition, the tenth, of this popular, practical handbook. on the Ford, by Mr. R. T. Nicholson, M.A., has just been introduced. In view of the fact that considerable changes have been made in the design and external appearance of the All-British Ford, these have been dealt with in the extensive revision and rearrangement of the hook. At the same time there is not much change in the mechanical structure of the Ford ; that is to say, it retains the particular and distinctive features which make the Ford different from any other car, and, consequently, the treatment of the subject in general is on the lines of the previous edition.

"The Original Book of the Ford" is equally suitable far the beginner who knows nothing whatever about the Car and for the experienced hand with the car. The subject of maintenance is so exhaustively treated that even the most experienced can at some 'time learn something from the detailed instructions given. For the benefit of the beginner the simplest non-technical language is used, and the book tells him exactly hew to proceed from the giving of an order for the car.

The completeness of the book is such that buyers or owners of earlier model Fords will find the desired information about these models, and there is also a chapter on the features and maintenance of the commercial Fords.

There are 13 chapters and 225 pages of text and illustrations. The earlier chapters deal with preliminaries, driving and routine attention necessary to keep

the car in order. Then follow chapters treating exhaustively of adjustments, repairs and replacements, the electrical equipment, how to locate, diagnose and remedy every, trouble that may possibly arise, and how to store and clean the car and a further mass of practical information that is bound to be useful, sooner or later, to a Ford owner. The numerous illustrations in the book have been overhauled, many have been improved and many new ones included.

It-is no exaggeration to say that " The Original Book of the Ford" is indispensable to every user and owner of a Ford car or commercial vehicle. It is published by Temple Press Ltd., 7-15, Rosebery Avenue, London, E.C.1, and can be obtained at all leading booksellers price 2s. ed. net or post free 2s. Did.
