Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Plastisol name may be new to many UK readers, but most of its 20 UK employees, including managing director Gary Smith, were formerly with TVAC, before its acquisition and subsequent closure by AssetCo. As well as its contribution to the Kronenburg MAC, Plastisol produces a regular B-type fire appliance for the UK market, and is also moving into three-axle fire command vehicles based on 3.5-tonne van chassis.

TVAC was well respected for its chassis conversions, which Plastisol still offers. However, this market is now much smaller as manufacturers produce more niche variations on-line, and recession-hit operators are more inclined to get by with standard products.
