BURNLEY, LANCS-based Express Freight Solutions, has been given authority for one vehicle at the Phoenix Healthcare site in Dolydd Road, Wrexham.
Undertakings include: ● Random Freight Transport Association inspection of two vehicles every month to continue indeinitely.
● Annual refresher driver training.
● Quarterly brake tests on all vehicles.
● Maintenance inspections for vehicles and trailers every six weeks.
● Weekly random checks of drivers will continue and be documented.
● A transport manager will visit the operating centre at least once a month.
