Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Despite having all the attributes of a decent aggregate eight-wheeler— lightweight and tough design —the Hino FY has never made the leap from being a promising new entrant to mainstream market player. Assembled in Ireland from the Japanese design, the FY is powered by Hino's own 10.5-litre engine, available at 360hp and with 1,411Nm of torque— a bit behind the equivalent offerings from Scania, Volvo and Renault but, where hill climbing performance is not a priority, the Hino is a capable machine.

Not many multi-wheelers can claim a chassis weight of 8,650kg and for that alone the Hino deserves more market respect than ii gets. Labelled a gaffer's motor the FY is Iowan in-cab thrills— masses of grey plastic and a lot ol glass will do nothing to endear drivers to the truck.

One Of lightest in sector Tough build character REASONS TO SWERVE Bit short ot torque Basic inside the cab VERDICT With excellent earning potential FY is a good start-up motor, but a lack of comfort holds it back
