Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Isuzu Truck's N Series line-up runs from 3.5 tonnes, with the NKR, through the NPR at five and 6.2-tonnes GVW to the NOR 7.5-tanner, with an urban artic version of both NPR and NOR also available. Rumours persist lsuzu will come to the UK with a 15-tonne GVW truck, perhaps as early as this year.

Power in both the NPR and NOR comes from Isuzu's own 4.8-litre engine offering 143hp, delivered to the rear wheels via a sixspeed transmission. Day and crew cab versions are in the line-up. The NPR has two wheelbase options, while the NOR has three to suit most needs. An attractive unladen chassis-cab weight offers a body plus payload of over 4,800kg.

AJapanese-inspired design gives a car-like driving environment, though the interior is extremely cramped compared with those of European root. This is a very easy vehicle to drive, making it ideally suited for urban manoeuvres and hire work, though not recommended for long distance operations.

REASONS TO BU • Extremely low weight Easy to manoeuvre Cramped driving position VERDICT Ultra low chassis weight is an advantage, though not one to impress drivers
