but the new 1.3litre common-rail diesel is a little cracker and worth a look for thal reason alone. The little diesel is no flyer— if you want more oomph there's also a 1.9-litre diesel in the line-up— but the compact motor gives an excellent mix of power and economy.
Doblo Cargo's not able to compete with Transit Connect or Caddy for payload and volume, but an excellent turning circle and decent handling will appeal to many who require a van for urban deliveries. The recent arrival of high-roof version increases load volume to 3.8m. Payload too is slightly off the pace with 805kg, the Connect and Dispatch both show in at 900kg.
