Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Berlingo/Pariner received a major update in 2003 giving the vehicle a new lease of life in this sector. Restyled front end with new grille and headlamp clusters, many improvements to the front end crash protection, all-new cab and fascia and detail changes to the suspension are just a few of the changes brought in.

Power choices remain unaltered as does the load area. Buyers have a choice of 1.9-litre indirect injection 70hp and a 2-litre HDI common-rail 90hp engine, the latter definitely the better of the two. At the business end the load area is 2.8m3 and sliding side doors are available as options. Payload choice is 600kg or 800kg.

In-cab changes ensure the driver is well looked after and the 90hp engine ensures you are never short of performance.

Good load space Stylish interior Short service intervals — particularly on 1.9-litre diesel

VERDICT

Berlingo/F'artner very capable performer in this high-cube sector,90hp engine definitely one to go for
