A 4ANUFACTUR1NG and selling "V" activities principally carried out under the trade names Chloride, E,xide, Exide-Ironclad and Drydex, have been transferred by the directors of the Chloride Electrical Storage Co., Ltd., to a new company, Chloride Batteries, Ltd.
This company. with a capital of 11,500,000, will be a full subsidiary of • the Chloride Electrical Storage Co., Ltd and will be carried on under the same direction.
This -reorganization is planned to
improve efficiency and general co-ordination of management.
Economic surveys of Mexico and Angola have been published by H.M. Stationery Office.
