which came into force last Sunday. constitutes the complete statutory code on excise licensing and registration of mechanically propelled vehicles previously enacted in the Roads Act, 1920, and the Finance Acts of 1920 and onwards. The new Act, which merely consolidates the existing law, assembles. regroups and modernizes the televant provisions of more than 20 statutes.
