BRIGHTER prospects for exports to South Africa are expected by Leyland Motors, Ltd., this year. According to a statement issued by the company, it has been granted 25 per cent. of the total sterling allocated by the Union for the import of chassis for the first six months of 1950, largely because of the heavy demand in the past for Leyland vehicles.
