• Bridlington T.C. has decided to notify each of the architects in the borough and also the Bridlington Master Builders' Association that, sanction' for the erection of wooden garages will only be given to December 31st, 1920, and will not afterwards be renewed. The council will insist after that date that all garages be built of incembustible materials.

Inst. A.E. Meeting.

The next, meeting of the London graduates of the I.A.E. will be held on 'Thursday, January 8th, at the offices of the Institution,28, Victoria, Street, S.W. 1, when Mr. Themes Clarkson, President of the Association, will deliver a lecture on "Steam. Vehicles." An invitation is extended to prospective graduates or students of automobile engineering who are interested in this subject.
