EUROVISION LOGISTICS can base 22 vehicles and 20 trailers at the Heron Frozen Foods site, Jackson Way, Melton North Ferriby, subject to conditions: • all authorised vehicles will enter and exit the operating centre by way of the entrance/exit onto Gibson Lane at all times. The service road at the rear of the operating centre will only be used in emergencies. Those emergencies must be logged and provided to the traffic commissioner upon request; • all loading and unloading of the authorised vehicles shall only take place in the sealed dock/bays to the south side of the distribution centre building; • the engines of authorised vehicles shall not be left running for longer than three minutes before leaving the operating centre;
• the diesel engines on the refrigerated units on the authorised vehicles shall not be run at the operating centre before 7am and after 8pm Mondays to Saturdays, and not at all on Sundays and bank holidays. MARKETSEAL HAS been given the go-ahead for two vehicles at a unit on the Darton Business Park, Barnsley, subject to undertakings that include: • no vehicle shall exceed 10mph while travelling along the access road; • there will be no shouting on site or in the immediate vicinity; • there will be no unnecessary use of gears on site or at the junction of the access road and Barnsley Road; • there will be no excessive braking on site or at the junction of the access road and Barnsley Road; • care will be taken to minimise the noise level when coupling and uncoupling units and trailers; • care will be taken when loading and unloading to minimise the noise levels SEAFIELD LOGISTICS has been given the green light for 15 vehicles and 20 trailers at the North Killingholme Transport facility, Lancaster Approach, Immingham RT McEWAN can station eight vehicles and four trailers at a site on the West

Lawson Drive, Dyce, Aberdeen. It has also applied for authorisation to base two vehicles at Caledonian House on the Midmill Industrial Estate, Inverurie.
