Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The lsuzu's original owner was construction company Harry J Palmer (Broadstone) based in Poole.

The company builds houses and flats and refurbishes properties, covering a 22-mile area west of Poole towards Blandford. The vehicle was used for bringing materials from builder merchants and taking away rubble to landfill sites.

The new owner of 193 AFX is Robert Fraud, who runs a bulk haulage and plant hire company under the same name in Wimborne, Dorset. He has three Dais on his fleet, two 95XFs, pulling a balker and a lowloader, complemented by a 6x4 tipper. The plant hire side includes four excavators. The Isuzu NQR has been added for its versatility In handling small loads, as well as arriving with an excavator to work on site and clear with the tipper.

Freud bought T93 AFX because he was familiar with the reliability of the Isuzu engine fitted to JOB diggers and because it has a lower load height than other 1.5tonners. We hired one last year and it ran well and was very fuel-efficient. The Isuzu will be used as multi-purpose vehicle,' he says.

The company has been running since 1985 and Freud has found that work is starting to shift away from bulk haulage towards plant hire.
