• The Government has published a leaflet outlining the "Duty of Care" provisions under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
When the Act comes into force on 1 April every business will he held legally accountable for the proper disposal outs waste. Offenders face unlimited fines and up to five years' imprisonment.
