has a straightforward goal: to help workshop managers and ownerdrivers alike service vehicles properly and at minimum cosi. In this context nothing can be more important than oil, which is commonly likened to the lifeblood of the vehicle. To extend that analogy, would you want a transfusion with blood of the wrong group? Presumably not — and, neither do your vehicles' engines, gearboxes or driven axles.

Yet despite the potentially disastrous effects of using the wrong oil, you might be forgiven for thinking there is a conspiracy between Idie oil companies and the vehicle manufacturers to confalse the people who rely on their products.
