• Truckmaster is a new Ha' maintenance system from PHFI Ideal. Operators using the scheme will benefit from a discount on labour and parts at nearly 400 franchised and independent workshops.
Operators will pay for work on their vehicles with a Truckmaster card: the workshop will then invoice PHI I who will in turn bill the operator twice a month.
"Gold" and "silver" services are on offer. Under the gold service PHH schedules servicing and testing, books vehicles in, arranges replacement vehicles if required, and checks the invoices.
Silver service provides access to the PHH network of workshops and the discount scheme, but booking vehicles in for service and checking invoices is left to the operator.
Any age, make or number of vehicles can be catered for; operators in the scheme pay a monthly management fee.
