Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• TNT Contract Distribution was poised to announce a major lubricants contract with petrol giant Shell as CM went to press.

TNT and Shell were reluctant to reveal details of the deal, but TNT is understood to have bought a fleet of ERF F,10 tractive units to service the contract, which starts later this month.

TNT Contract Distribution has just begun distributing car parts to Nissan Motor (GB)'s nationwide dealer network, including an overnight service for urgent parts.

The parts are collected from Nissan's Lutterworth warehouse, close to INT's Atherstone hub, allowing a late collection of urgent parts which are guaranteed delivery by 00:09hrs the next day. Nissan components are loaded by TNT personnel and transported in roll cages to UK dealers using a fleet of new 28tonne Nissan-livered ERFs.

The Nissan contract follows an earlier move into the automotive industry, when TNT began supplying car bumpers in sequence into the Rover factory at Longbridge last November to save storage space.
