Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Bakery drivers are expected to accept an improved offer of 5.15% on basic wages after the United Road Transport Union rejected 4% last month (CM 9-15 Jan).

URTU general secretary Frank Griffin is recommending the new offer which will benefit 5,000 drivers and is identical to one accepted by bakery production workers.

It includes provision for improved bereavement leave.
