Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The confidence of dealers in the light vehicle sector has risen since last year, although it is still very low, according to CAP Nationwide Motor Research.

Business is not expected to impove until at least the second half of the year, although sales of specific vehicles, such as reefers, are buoyant.

The market for heavy commercial vehicles remains depressed, but CAP says that the residual value of secondhand vehicles is beginning to rise: "There are already signs that lack of choice and the rising value of late model vehicles are somewhat reducing their appeal.., it does seem likely that buyers may well be more inclined to look at new vehicles in the coming months."
