Welded stainless-steel tube is now specified for an everwidening range of applications in British industry and a useful booklet on this product has now been produced by Rollo-Hardy and Co., a Tube Investments company and specialist in manufacturing welded stainlesssteel tube.

The booklet gives detailed information on specifications, properties and applications and describes the method of manufacture of tube from strip using the inert-gas, tungsten-arc (TIG) welding process which ensures clean, strong and smooth welds.

A variety of standard non-circular sections of the tube is offered by Rollo-Hardy including oval, hexagon, rectangular and square and nonstandard sections can be made to order.
