refused because of his bankruptcy has been referred back to the South Eastern Licensing Authority by the Transport Tribunal to give him an opportunity of proving the bankruptcy order has been discharged.
Thomas Colelough, trading as Tommy International Transport, had applied for an international licence for one vehicle and one trailer with three vehicles and one trailer to be acquired. Producing a photostat copy of his discharge, Colclough said he had to apply for international journey permits by December 15 otherwise he would have to continue using a foreign based vehicle registered in Luxembourg.
