Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

/ Carnell's Tours, the Sheffield-based PSV operator, has gone into voluntary liquidation with debts of more than 670,000.

The decision to wind up the company was taken on Thursday, November 20 and local receivers Poppleton and Appleby have been called in.

A spokesman for the receivers says that Carrielis went into liquidation with very few outstanding assets on the books. The firm's coaches have all been repossessed by the leasing companies and manufacturers to which Carnells was in debt.

Several freehold properties are the only assets which can be sold, including a garage and workshop, say the receivers.

CameHs ran a number of Setra coaches and operated continental shuttle tours, often taking holiday packages tours to France. The firm is understood to have been experiencing financial difficulties for some time.
