Uniroyal and Semperit, has markedly increased its profits in the first nine months of the year.
The improved profits performance has come from a slight increase in turnover to £1,231 million allowing efficient utilisation of production facilities, and a fall in the prices of raw materials.
The company claims that its new 'EnergyOptirnisedTechnology' (HOT) tyre has made an encouraging start in the market.
