NI An appeal by a Staffordshire operator against a refusal of a licence on grounds of repute has been dismissed by the Transport Tribunal for want of prosecution.

Swiftblack Ltd, trading as Moorland Blast Cleaning Services of Leek, had applied for a licence for four vehicles and trailers.
