Mr Simon is appealing to the Minister of Transport against the LT refusal granted by Section 35 of the 1980 Transport Act.

He is also managing director of coach and lorry park company Vehicle Parks and through this company hopes to operate a two-way radio station for coach operators using the Home Office coach allocated wavelength.
