AT A MEETING this week the GRSA (Group of Rapporteurs on Safety Provisions on Motor Coaches and Buses) was expected to finalize a draft specification for a standard European single-decker. The proposals will be forwarded to the Economic Commission for Europe headquarters in New York. It is possible that the proposals could be adopted by the European Economic Community as early as summer of 1976. An exclusive review of what the proposals will mean appears in CM this week, starting on page 42.
NCL team wins
THE British Institute of Management's "Young Manager" Competition worth £1,500 has been won this week by a National Carriers team from the Midlands. Brian Martin, Frank Henderson and Alistair Munro chose the subject of "Industrial relations among computer personnel" as their theme.
