• Newly introduced by Tiverton Body and Container Co. Ltd. is a range of fold-down bulkers which carry both bulk and bagged loads—in the latter case, if required, on pallets. The bodies are of fully heat treated light alloys and the sides, which when folded provide the second floor for carrying bagged loads, are in heavy duty P. G. P. aluminium and are 4ft 2in from the floor, There are no vertical projections to the interior to restrict the flow of the bulk load and the rear end consists of two tailboards. the lower of which also incorporates a limited discharge port. The tailboards are stored neatly against the bulkhead when the vehicle is used as a platform lorry, the detachable centre post and corner posts being carried beneath the underframe.
