• London Transport's application for a licence to operate its Blue Arrow service in Stevenage (CM November 15) was granted in Chambers by the Metropolitan Traffic Commissioners on Thursday of last week.
This experimental service has been designed to attract passengers who travel daily from their homes in the residential section of the town to work in the industrial section.
