As forecast in last week's issue of The Commercial Motor, the Motor Omnibus Proprietors Association (South Wales and Mon.) has decided to link up with the Commercial Motor
Users Association, The Bristol and West of England Coach Owners Association has also decided to combine with the M.O.P.A. and the C.M.U.A.
The AssQciations will comprise a division of the parent body. With the Cornwall Motor Coach Users Association already linked with the C.M.U.A., the latter body now holds a strong position in South Wales and the West.
The decisions of the South Wales and Bristol organizations were reached at the annual general meeting on November 28, when Mr. W. E. Gough was re-elected chairman for the fourth successive year. Mr. E. V. Ralph was appointed vice-chairman. The executive committee was appointed as follows:—
