Next year, the annual show of the Royal Agricultural Society of England will take place at Bristol, from June 30-July 4. Intending exhibitors are reminded that applications for space in the implement section must be made not later than March 20, 1936.
Weighbridge Fees in Middlesex.
Middlesex County Council recommends the following scale of fees for the use of weighbridges at the council's weights and measures offices, subject to no charge being made in the case of vehicles weighed at the request of the local taxation department —Coal vehicles and loads of Coal exceeding 30 cwt., 6d. Other vehicles: not exceeding 3 tons, 6d.; exceeding 3 tons, but not more than 5 tons, 9d.; exceeding 5 tons, Is.

Perkins, Ltd„ Peterborough, asks us to point out that a statement in its ad vertisement appearing in our issue dated November 15, reading 'ha follows:—" A racing car fitted with a Perkins Wolf Diesel engine holds the world speed records for the flying kilometre, 50 kilometres, 50 miles, 100 kilometres, one hour and 100 miles " should have been qualified by the words " in the compression-ignition class."
