Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Entrepreneur Malcolm Harrison is to re-enter the usedtruck and trailer market, setting up another company less than three months after his Staffordshire dealership failed. The dealership will probably be based near Nantwich, Cheshire. Harrison's previous operation went into receivership in May, owing £3.9m to Lloyds Bank, among other creditors.

Birmingham-based Touche Ross does not expect to sell the Barlaston-based used-truck dealership as a going concern. However, it says several hauliers have shown interest. Harrison's truckstop at Crick is not expected to be sold for several years because of planning complications involving the surrounding land.

When the business collapsed Harrison blamed the bank for tightening his overdraft but said he would return (CM21-27 May).
