A WORKING party has be set up to produce new regul tions for carrying hazard() loads that will put Britain line with international agre ments on dangerous loads.
The new regulations will I paying special attention to ti labelling of the loads and t] written instructions given drivers on their emergent and first aid procedures.
The rules are being work. out by the Health and Safe Executive, part of the Heal and Safety Commission, and will be reporting back wi ideas next year.

Already the Commissic has agreed proposals to mal the Transport Hazard lac mation System — the c Voluntary Tanker Markii Scheme — compulsory. T new scheme will be part of ti general regulations, but it is be brought in ahead of the re of the scheme.
