Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE TE-205 from Blackhawk is a stand-mounted unit which incorporates two separate meters for simultaneous reading of engine speed, voltage, dwell, and spark advance. Engines from two to eight cylinders are catered for. Including the stand, the unit weights 60kg (1321b) with dimensions of 153 x 70 x 63 cm (60 x 27.5 x 24.8in).

The dwell Tech tester is a portable unit suitable for obtaining cam angle readings and engine speed for four, six, and eight-cylinder engines. The scale has two ranges for engine speed: 0-1,200 and 0-12,000

rpm. No batteries are needed for the instrument and it weighs 32kg (71b).

The top of the Blackhawk range is represented by the TE-215 — "'the analyser that analyses itself." This equipment features built-in calibration circuits which allow the operator to check the accuracy and recalibrate if necessary without additional equipment.

The TE-215 has a push-button cylinder-selector which allows the testing of each cylinder individually or in any combination. The 38crn (15in) oscilloscope can display superimposed and single-cylinder patterns for both primary and secondary ignition circuits.

Several functions are incorporated in the instrument including a vacuum pressure gauge, battery-ground selector (positive or negative) and air/ fuel balance control. If required the TE-215 can be suspended from a ceiling mounted track. The weight of the unit is 12 (2791b).
