Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

from a special correspondent

• An integral double-deck bus design is being produced by Metro-Cammell Weymann Ltd. Development and proving is expected to take about two years, but the new bus could be in production by the end of 1973.

The double-decker will be powered by a SAAB-Scania diesel engine and will incorporate running units built by Scania in Sweden. Indeed, the bus will virtually be a double-deck version of the Metro-Scania integral bus, now entering service in Britain in increasing numbers.

Metro-Gammen have been specialists in the construction, of integral single-deckers for many years, mostly for the export market. The new double-decker will be intended for the home market, however.
