Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

March 1,1 have written to the following people and organisations expressing my concerns that Willi Betz should be allowed to set up an operation in Dover:

• South-East Metropolitan Traffic Area;

• The TGWU; II Hager Smith, Head of International Transport, DOT;

• John Sloggitt, MD of Dover Harbour Board; • Dover Council; • The Dover Express; • Earl Attlee; • William Hague MP; • Bernard Jenkin MP; • Gwyneth Dunwoody MP; • Gwyn Prosser, MP for Dover; • Paul Watkins, Conservative candidate for Dover.

The Government should investigate how Willi Betz is to use the depot at Dover before it is allowed to commence operating from there. It should not be allowed to exploit loopholes in the law.

It should not be allowed to use cheap labour.

If and when I receive any response to my letters, I will keep you informed.

M Jaime,

Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
