After worrying about how to pay for diesel at its present level, we now have to worry about how to stop people pinching it.
We have had a haulage company on the same site for 20 years with no problems, then the cost of diesel soared and the low-lifes feel this is somethingworth stealing. In the past six months we have had various amounts stolen from the actual vehicles. My husband even caught some thieves at work in the services while he was sleeping in the truck. When he confronted them, they said your governor won't miss it."
They were armed with pumps, cans and all the gear. Easy pickings.
So now we must install more security lights and cameras. The yard dog has had two verbal warnings about sleeping in the house on cold nights.
