• Trucker Michael Robinson of P J O'Kane Haulage of Garvagh, County Derry, had a lucky escape when his Scania smashed through the side wall of a bridge and landed upsidedown in the river below. Robinson was trapped in the submerged cab until rescue came, but suffered only cuts and bruises.
