nI have watched with interest the recent publicity on DTp failure rates. It has been alleged that some operators have used the testing station as a means to effect pre-MOT test.
They surely must be reflected in the Government statistics recently issued. If not, why when I have had one MoT failure in four years out of a fleet of 23 vehicles, do I get the third degree from the Ministry? N C R T, Spalding
