Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Drivers who were sacked from Cadbury Schweppes-Coca Cola last Christmas have formed two haulage firms in Eccelshall and Warrington to win back work from their former employer.

Ecceshall Transport Services, near Stafford, was set up by 11 drivers in February. It has now taken on another three drivers and has a fleet of 10 Seddon Atkinson trucks: eight Strata tractors and two 3-11 tractors, all leased from Mainline Trucks.

Managing director Ian Fellows says the company is currently working exclusively for Cadbury Schweppes Coca Cola, but it will have to look for other work as it only has a 12-month contract. Warrington Transport Services was set up by nine drivers who had been made redundant from CSCC's Warrington bulk distribution division. It now has a workforce of 12 and runs five Scania 113s and a Seddon Atkinson shunter. It too is working exclusively for Cadbury Schweppes-Coca Cola for 12 months.
