Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

/ Austrian bodybuilder G Kremen, of Linz, has developed an air-operated side-tipping system powered by a standard HGV air supply.

The Kremen system taps the vehicle air lines via an additional reservoir and uses a short-stroke piston encased in Neoprene bellows. Air admitted into the space between the base housing and the tipping membrane pushes the piston outwards.

It is claimed to be cheaper and lighter than traditional hydraulic systems and can operate from air tanks.
